How It Works

This isn’t a traditional job.

You simply introduce business owners who need funding - we take it from there and you get paid when the deal funds.

Perfect if you’re:

• Well-connected to business owners or entrepreneurs
• In real estate, accounting, consulting, credit repair, insurance, payroll, banking, or any B2B space
• Or just someone who knows business owners and wants to earn referral income on the side

It’s Literally This Simple…

1. You meet or know a business owner who needs funding
2. You make a warm intro to REIL Capital (simple form below or email to Jessica)
3. Our team handles everything - underwriting, funding, closing the deal
4. You get paid a referral fee when the deal funds 

Compensation

• Earn 10%–30% of the revenue that REIL Capital collects, depending on deal size & volume
• Example:
  • $50K funded → REIL earns $5,000, you earn $500-$1,500
  • $150K funded → REIL earn $15,000, you earn $1,500-$4,500
• Paid fast after clawback period is complete

What This Role Is Not

🚫 You're not working inside Salesforce or our CRM
🚫 You're not required to dial, pitch or close deals
🚫 You're not an employee - this is flexible, referral-based

What Makes Someone a Fit?
