David Miller was born and raised in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. From a young age, he showed a strong aptitude for mathematics and problem-solving. David earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics at Rowan University then continued there to receive his MBA.
David’s fascination with the intersection of technology and business led him to pursue his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Rowan University. His MBA coursework provided him with the necessary skills to effectively manage complex operational systems and to leverage technology to drive business performance.
Throughout his academic journey, David consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence, which have been key drivers of his success. He has applied the analytical and problem-solving skills he acquired in his mathematics education to his work in operations management, enabling him to make data-driven decisions that have a positive impact on business outcomes.

David Miller began his professional career in 2016, when he joined West-Ward Pharmaceuticals as a Procurement Intern, where he gained valuable experience in procurement and supply chain management. In 2018, David worked at Rowan University in many departments, including the Office of Student Activities, the Student Center, and the Rec Center, and had a strong partnership to plan events directly for the President’s Office of Rowan University.
In 2019 after graduating with his MBA, David joined the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City as a Sportsbook Manager and Customer Service Expert. In this role, he was responsible for managing the sportsbook operations and ensuring that customers received top-notch service.
Later in 2019, David joined REIL Capital as a Business Operations Analyst, where he quickly demonstrated his expertise in revenue operations management and his commitment to delivering results. He was promoted to the role of Director of Operations, where he now oversees all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations.
David’s experience in a variety of roles has given him a unique perspective on helping small businesses, and he brings this perspective to his role at REIL Capital. He is committed to delivering the highest level of service to clients and is always looking for new ways to innovate and improve the company’s operations.

Born and raised in New York, Jessica Pantowich demonstrated a passion for building connections and fostering collaboration from a young age. This passion led her to pursue a degree in Psychology and Entrepreneurship at the University of Michigan.
During her time at the University of Michigan, Jessica actively participated in various student organizations, including Sigma Delta Tau sorority, where she engaged in philanthropic events such as the Go Blue, Wear Pink breast cancer fundraiser.
Additionally, Jessica’s involvement with InnovateUM allowed her to organize events and workshops focused on entrepreneurship and innovation, further honing her skills in relationship building and community engagement. Her commitment to teamwork and community service was evident through her participation in the M-Relay team and volunteering with Autism Speaks.
Following her graduation with honors in 2020, Jessica embarked on her professional journey, leveraging her educational background and early career experiences to excel in relationship management roles. She began her career as a Campus Ambasador for Evolvez, where she faciliated connections between students and career opportunites.
Later, Jessica joined HBO as a Marketing Ambassador, where she organized experiential events and contributed to increasing brand awareness. Her tenure with Riddle & Bloom further solidifid her expertise in relationship management, culminating in a notable increase in brand awareness for HBO GO.
In 2020, Jessica transitioned to REIL Capital as a Funding Coordinator, where she forged connections with investors and collaborated closely with clients to navigate the funding process. Her dedication and proficiency in relationship management led to her promotion to the role of Client Success Manager.

Ian Samlin was born and raised in Merrick, New York. Ian Samlin’s passion for business began during his time at John F. Kennedy High School, where he developed a keen interest in the world of business. His curiosity about the markets continued to grow as he spent much of his time reading books and articles about the finance world.
After graduating from John F. Kennedy High School, Ian enrolled at Towson University, where he pursued his interest in business. During his time at Towson University, Ian was an exceptional student who showed dedication and commitment to his studies. He was an active member of various business clubs and associations, where he participated in debates and discussions about business trends and developments.

Ian, then, moved on to work as a Capital Specialist at Wall Street Funding where he was responsible for sourcing and structuring funding solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Ian gained a deep understanding of the funding needs of businesses and the challenges they face in accessing capital. He used this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients and build long-term relationships with them.

Evan Samlin, President and Founder of REIL Capital, dynamicly pursued the opportunity to serve the small business community with the financing they need and derserve but otherwise couldn’t obtain on their own.
Evan Samlin is the Founder and President of REIL Capital. Driven by a belief in helping small businesses, he takes pride in providing a listen first approach to provide the client with the best possible service. As a leader, Evan strives to provide the best possible work environment for his employees, so that they can follow his approach and provide the utmost of care towards the small businesses they help. With a keen eye for opportunity, Evan has continued to expand REIL Capital since 2017 and is constantly looking for ways to improve the customer experience. Evan’s relentless work ethic and belief in team before individual has contributed to his growing track record of success.
Evan Samlin was born in Randolph, New Jersey and in his lifetime moved around from New Jersey, to Texas, to New York and finally to Florida. It was during these childhood moves that Evan learned how to stay flexible and adapt to different situations. During high school, Evan was a standout football player earning a spot on the NJFCA All State Team as a junior and senior.
After completing high school, Evan enrolled in The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), where he studied Philosophy and Business. Despite graduating on Dean’s List, Evan wanted to follow his passions and took an eclectic approach towards starting his career.
After graduating from TCNJ, Evan decided not to follow the footsteps of his father and older brother, who both went to law school. Instead he decided to take a risk and go after his dreams of becoming a comedy writer. For two years, Evan performed Stand Up, Sketch Comedy and Improv in New York City. Evan believes that when you make someone laugh, you instantly form a connection with them and as your nurture those connection they can blossom into something great.
After two years of stand up, improv and writing a sitcom pilot, Evan decided to take his next risk and start a business with his cousin Ian. Evan believed in the vision and family focused approach and agreed to partner with his first cousin on this venture. It was on March 16, 2017 that REIL Capital was founded by two cousins who believed in rolling up their sleeves and doing whatever means necessary to get their feet off the ground.
Evan Samlin’s success in the business world can be attributed to several key factors. Perhaps most important among these is his unwavering commitment to innovation and risk-taking. Whether he is working a company process, securing financing or offering a new product, Evan has resolute confidence and is willing to take calculated risks in order to achieve his goals.

Evan and REIL capital have partnered with numerous charitable organizations that help small businesses and are active in the local chamber of commerce. Evan has continued his Philantropic ways by yearly donating computers, monitors and needed electronic equipment to JAFCO in Sunrise, Florida.
