David Miller began his professional career in 2016, when he joined West-Ward Pharmaceuticals as a Procurement Intern, where he gained valuable experience in procurement and supply chain management. In 2018, David worked at Rowan University in many departments, including the Office of Student Activities, the Student Center, and the Rec Center, and had a strong partnership to plan events directly for the President’s Office of Rowan University.
In 2019 after graduating with his MBA, David joined the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City as a Sportsbook Manager and Customer Service Expert. In this role, he was responsible for managing the sportsbook operations and ensuring that customers received top-notch service.
Later in 2019, David joined REIL Capital as a Business Operations Analyst, where he quickly demonstrated his expertise in revenue operations management and his commitment to delivering results. He was promoted to the role of Director of Operations, where he now oversees all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations.

Evan Samlin, President and Founder of REIL Capital, dynamicly pursued the opportunity to serve the small business community with the financing they need and derserve but otherwise couldn’t obtain on their own.
Evan Samlin is the Founder and President of REIL Capital. Driven by a belief in helping small businesses, he takes pride in providing a listen first approach to provide the client with the best possible service. As a leader, Evan strives to provide the best possible work environment for his employees, so that they can follow his approach and provide the utmost of care towards the small businesses they help. With a keen eye for opportunity, Evan has continued to expand REIL Capital since 2017 and is constantly looking for ways to improve the customer experience. Evan’s relentless work ethic and belief in team before individual has contributed to his growing track record of success.
Evan Samlin was born in Randolph, New Jersey and in his lifetime moved around from New Jersey, to Texas, to New York and finally to Florida. It was during these childhood moves that Evan learned how to stay flexible and adapt to different situations. During high school, Evan was a standout football player earning a spot on the NJFCA All State Team as a junior and senior.
After completing high school, Evan enrolled in The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), where he studied Philosophy and Business. Despite graduating on Dean’s List, Evan wanted to follow his passions and took an eclectic approach towards starting his career.
After graduating from TCNJ, Evan decided not to follow the footsteps of his father and older brother, who both went to law school. Instead he decided to take a risk and go after his dreams of becoming a comedy writer. For two years, Evan performed Stand Up, Sketch Comedy and Improv in New York City. Evan believes that when you make someone laugh, you instantly form a connection with them and as your nurture those connection they can blossom into something great.
After two years of stand up, improv and writing a sitcom pilot, Evan decided to take his next risk and start a business with his cousin Ian. Evan believed in the vision and family focused approach and agreed to partner with his first cousin on this venture. It was on March 16, 2017 that REIL Capital was founded by two cousins who believed in rolling up their sleeves and doing whatever means necessary to get their feet off the ground.
